In rare cases, there are people born that are so sensitive to the Force that they can bend it to their will and use it. There are no Jedi left though, they all died in the Clone Wars.

I think I sort of get it. It's not called the Force, but some people back home believe they have a sixth sense of some kind. Not an exact match, but it's still a kind of power that not everyone really understands or believes in.

A friend of mine, yes. [ chirrut was a jedi in everything but name, really, and the more jyn thinks about it, the more she believes baze was the same, only far less vocal about it. he had very good aim. ]

It can only be taught if you're already sensitive. Jedis learn how to use the force, but normal people can't.
